Abstract
Most human chronic diseases arise from dynamic complex interactions at the molecular level as well at whole organism-environment cooperation. High-throughput next-generation sequencing coupled with modern microarrays provides now a comprehensive genome landscape including structural and functional integrated analysis. With advances in network biology and predictive networks models a highly complex dynamic network of a person is evaluated considering his/her inherited genomic background, lifestyle and cooperation in ecosystem with aim to predict current and future risk of disease and in patients with established disease to tailor the optimal treatment.
